My dad has spent some time in June 2026. Everyone was so friendly, protective, and accommodating. The social worker Wanda was truly amazing and went above and beyond for my dad. I cant thank them enough for everything they have done and the care they have given him.
Six stars! This is our 2nd experience with Tyler Retreat. My mother was in rehab - age 97. The staff was exceptional. The food was stellar. The care was superior to the hospital. Wanda was our case worker, and she went above and beyond to help folks out. Highly recommend.
Words can't express how I feel about this place I receive the best care that anybody can receive my social work Wanda helped me with everything came in and visits me every day helping and guiding my family through my transition Talking to me every day She even prayed with me when I needed she stood right by my family when times got hard for us. They were great till I was pressed to put him On long term Medicaid. Once he got it he went down hill fast. I was also that it would be good to get him on Hospice. I misunderstood them and thought they would come in more then once or twice a week. He went from him falling out of bed every night. Then him yelling.help me all the time.
