My family and I want to thank this place for everything. Before my husband came I read the reviews and was wondering was they true. I can truly say that Wanda is amazing and a blessing to my family she went over and beyond. To have somebody that truly is about their work and stand on that word. My 76 year old Dad recently had a stay here after a bad fall & broken arm & hospital stay…I wasn’t sure what to expect and to be honest was hesitant to leave him because of the horror stories you hear regarding some facilities like these…BUT to my surprise i can say this was an absolutely amazing place for Dad to be… everyone we came across was extremely friendly and helpful and I do believe Dad received wonderful care…I had noticed in some of the other reviews folks mentioning a lady named Wanda…& how helpful she was..& thi... read more
An extended family member recently required rehab services and was admitted to Tyler’s Retreat where she received exceptional care during her almost a month’s stay. Every staff member there from the frontline receptionists , administrative staff, nurses, therapists, healthcare providers to the wonderful people who took care of the maintenance and janitorial needs of the facility were excellent. The worst experience every my mother was only to go there for rehabilitation but after the third day she ended up back at the hospital she fell three times the communication is very poor but while there she received poor service night nurse told my mother to shut up and then closed her door the younger nurses needs a lot more training they didn’t know what they were doing I had to assist them with changing the linen they were putting the clean sheets on the urine that was on the bed it was horrible.
