I have filed a complaint against this tax preparer. My taxes were calculated incorrectly and, he maliciously filed them by paper without telling me. I have not filed a paper return since 2005! It is the middle of 2023 and I have still not received my 2021 refund! For tax year 2022 I have had a fake return filed using my SS number!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN
