I have called more than two dozen times just to get a paper to change my name after my dissolution. At this point I will be having my child with my ex husbands last name and I am distraught over it. If you want an attorney that cares to treat your case with priority and value you as a client, this is not the attorneys office for you. I’ve been understanding for months now. I’m done with it. Is handling my case as it should be and is very helpful he is busy and it may take awhile to reach back out but he certainly does his job and very well as far as I can tell
This is the worst firm I have ever dealt with! Tyler is an absolute joke and completely incompetent! The receptionist is rude and never relays messages! She refuses to speak with us, ignores our calls from my husbands phone, then if she does answer she talks over us and then hangs up! We’ve been lied to multiple time about the status of our case and get the run around. After 5 months of waiting, still to this date, nothing has been filed with the court! 100% would not recommend!
