Met with Martin today. Excellent experience and one I would recommend to any. He was savvy on taxes, professional, and friendly. Communication was clear and we left pleased with our experience.
This crazy guy started telling me he was going to tell me what I was going to do like he thought he was my boss. I hung up on him because it was so weird. I had got a call earlier with another guy asking for my drivers license out of the blue. I had never called them or tried to have them work on my taxes and I was very confused why some random guy was asking for my drivers license. They are rude and highly unprofessional.
