The attorney himself, has been very kind and helpful thus far. However, the women (not discrimating -I'm a woman too), whether paralegals or receptionists have not been polite. I dealt with the attorney last year and this year also. He's been great so far. But the ladies that answer his telephones are not polite nor do they use tact when speaking with clients.
