Took my daughter to get a prom dress and the staff here is amazingly helpful and very nice. Any young woman looking for something nice to wear should check this place out because they will definitely not be disappointed.
I’ve been incredibly patient and find myself to be someone who is understanding and empathetic but this is a situation that has gone on for too long with too many excuses. A month ago I made a purchase on my debit cared and they charged me $300 more than the transaction was supposed to be. I’ve submitted a refund in full and they have yet to give me my money back. We love Tylar Rose! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. My daughter got her registration outfit, gown, and earrings for Nationals here! It took a few trips for her to find THE gown, but they never once acted dismissive or annoyed, they were so kind, funny, professional every time we went in.
