I’ve been incredibly patient and find myself to be someone who is understanding and empathetic but this is a situation that has gone on for too long with too many excuses. We love Tylar Rose! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. My daughter got her registration outfit, gown, and earrings for Nationals here! It took a few trips for her to find THE gown, but they never once acted dismissive or annoyed, they were so kind, funny, professional every time we went in.
