Every time I enter this store, the older male employee's attitude puts me off, though the elder lady is nice. So, I decided to call the guy and explain how I feel about his cold and dismissive attitude. I said something like, "When people come to your store, it would be great if you could be more friendly and welcoming. Your coldness makes me not want to return."
