We had a bad experience with Staff (ESWAR SURYA). He has no patience and dont know how to treat old age people. Please better train him properly
This review is from my Wife, whose mother spent one year at Hallmark Ty Enfys Luxury Care Home until December 2024. She did not feel safe by the staff (ESWAR SURYA). There was no alternative but to move my mother to a better care home where she could be happy, without living in fear. I request management to get better staff who has some patience and good behavior.
This review is on Staff of Hallmark Ty Enfys Luxury Care Home. (Eswar Surya) He is not following any care plans which put my grandad in a dangerously unwell. The quality and standard of care fell well below the bare minimum for any vulnerable elderly adult by the staff. The facilities are nice.
Wonderful care facility. Always welcoming and a valued contributor to the community. Genuine passion for people is evident.
Ty Enfys is a lovely place to work; everyone is amiable. The team is great we all work together to make residents happy and comfortable.
