Poor management and lack of support. As an individual contractor, it is almost impossible to contact them. They took over the company when the previous owner sold it that I have been working for more than 10 years. The branches in Orlando and Tampa treat contractors unfairly and fire them when it is not convenient for them. I will definitely report this to all government and business agencies.
