The bank isn’t very thoughtful of small business who aren’t able to “ just cmon over “ to handle an issue. After they requested me to provide my business info and change my personal acct to a business ( I’m a sole proprietor ). After I hadn’t been able to make it in. Calls started. Have been banked for a short bit as I have been in this area for nearly four years and this is the only bank i can drop or get cash due to i work the same hours the rest of the world. Regarding the staff has always been very nice, help and QUICK! Sharon when opening was able to get me going over phone and email and final step of coming on my lunch to sign 3 to 5 forms and printing my debit card and i was done in 15minutes!
