TWS Blinds & Awnings are not good with communication. After getting a quote and being told the job would get done before Christmas (in Nov) I paid the 50% deposit. This did not happen until nearly seven weeks later. After emailing - no response, I rang more than once to find out when the job would get done. Made a date to do the job three times. I was not happy with their disorganisation and chasing to find out information.
Had the whole has fitted for the vertical blinds, all done in under 2 weeks, outstanding service, friendly and professional I can't recommend them enough. Thanks TWS
