Offered to ship some chairs on backorder directly to me, as I needed them within a few weeks. Took my money, sat on it for a week, then emailed me saying they couldn't do that anymore, and that I would need to pay $220 shipping (claiming it was half price, however it is still more than other stores have subsequently quoted), and that it may not arrive to me on time anymore.
Gorgeous store with a great range of lovely products. I like that the staff are not in you're face or hassling you to purchase but helpful if you ask. Such a nice place to shop.
Customer service was terrible. Not friendly and welcoming at all. So many other nice homeware stores to give my money to.
