Always very professional, empathetic and a great listener, Pauline really took the time to explain how hypnotherapy works and to understand my issues. She was excellent at identifying the underlying causes and addressing them. I always left our session feeling much lighter. As an over-thinker, at first I was skeptical that Pauline could hypnotise me but her skills proved me wrong. By the second session it would take just a few minutes. I am feeling so much better.
