Bought my second hand Felt B2 Triathlon Bicycle in for a full service. Marty was very helpful, and professional. He explained what was needed, and also listened to me, to get my bicycle ready to ride. On picking it up, my Felt looked amazing, they also cleaned it and looked like brand new! Marty also mentioned that I would be able to come back in, after riding my TT B2 in, to get all the gearing tightened up complimentary. Always get a great service here. Popped in to get a flat fixed, they identified a couple of other minor issues, tweaked my gearing, all in a timely fashion and reasonable cost. Great service!
I had the pleasure of popping into this store to ask for assistance with my son’s bike. 10/10 for customer service and knowledge. Instead of upselling they helped me to figure out the best way forward for my son and to amend his saddle not to pay for a different one. I will be coming back to upgrade his bike when he has outgrown this one. Thank you for such a professional and stress free experience. 5 stars!
Outstanding service and genuine care! The team was super friendly, quick, and honest—no upselling or unnecessary repairs.
