Wonderful shop. I was across the street waiting for the lady to have her hair done and thought I'd pop in. The owner was closing up shop but had no qualms about letting me poke around and was very responsive to any questions I asked even though I made it clear I was just window shopping. This is one of the oldest bike shop location on Colfax, thought it has changed ownership many times. Some cool history to learn about and plenty of bikes to browse considering the small footprint. Fast, straightforward, and friendly service. He did a few quick adjustments while replacing my inner tube as well.
I walked in with my wife on a Saturday and I felt like I was a problem to the staff. I said hi when I walked in and got no response from the staff. We started looking at bike accessories hoping someone would at least acknowledge us. Nothing. They were all to cool. I was hoping to get my bike ready for summer. I will be looking elsewhere. I am not cool enough for this shop.
Love this bike shop! I found exactly what I was looking for (first bike in a while) and the owner matched me with a perfect fit. Centrally located, I biked to City Park after!
