Extremely rude receptionist, unskilled labourers, high charges, careless attitude. They will charge you as much as the top-rated companies and will damage your furniture instead. Very dodgy, stay away. They receive cash or bank card payment over the phone, don't have any eftpos. Forced me to pay over the phone. Didn't provide me any payment receipt. when I rang, the receptionist refused to talk. Rang on the following day, they refused to provide any payment receipt, verbally abused me, and hung up on me twice.

Very disappointed!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for them to process an insurance claim for damages caused during a move, been told a heap of rubbish each time I make an enquiry.
Two Way Taxi Trucks have always provided good value and excellent service for my house moves. I'have been impressed with the care taken of my belongings and the timeliness of the willing workers to get my job done. Such well spent money, my friends and I won't use anyone else now.
