They suck!! Booked them to pick us up at jfk through Carmel. The driver , after saying he was there..just left !!! What a terrible company!!!!!
I booked a car with Carmel for an early flight from Brooklyn to JFK. When no one showed up, i looked at the app and the driver was somewhere in Queens. I called Carmel who HAD been reliable for the past 15 years. This lot answered and asked me if I was in a hurry and if so I would have to get a cab. WHAT?? ? This is wrong on so many levels.
