Took my bike in for a spoke replacement, expected a trued rim , they gave me a wobbleing rim, took it back and they said it's a normal thing ,, the person literally didn't even try adjusting the spokes to complete the trueing.. lazy, in-efficient,and over all worst maintenance service money can by,, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Terrible. I came in with a very specific request and Dude tried to "up charge" me-- really?! I knew more about the part and local inventory then he did. Can't believe this store survives except for dumb Madison Liberals who don't have a clue. Google it! Kooter
