Moved locally today. Hired Two Small Men with Big Hearts, spoke with Kyle who was great to deal with and set up the move details. Mohammed and team arrived on time, they were respectful, polite, and super awesome. I would highly recommend them. They did an amazing job with the move.
This company moved us within Edmonton area putting out furniture in place after serval weeks the ( new) reclining leather sofa had noises when reclining it was getting worse called the company re moving date April7 2026 it was May 22 notified the result was because it passed the 14 day to notify regarding damage we are out of luck that they will not honour or try to assist. Scammers & Liars. Will screw you over Absolute scammers. they booked me a month in advance took a $100 deposit. told me it was confirmed on the phone and sent me an email. now try to claim they have NO RECORD of any booking the receptionish Kristen is incredibly rude and unprofessional. she said my being upset was "bitching" and you could tell she did not care and gave the utmost amount of attitude. beyond nasty. she literally multiple times confirmed on the phone and took my money then tried to gaslight me and say she didnt... read more
