We've moved twice in the last two years with no issues. This move had plenty. The good: nothing was damaged, packing was solid, and our desk and bed were carefully taken apart and reassembled. Jeff R. was excellent — helpful and kind throughout. The bad: During packing, we overheard a crew member on the phone with the boss complaining about our "dirty laundry laying around" (everything was in drawers except a hamper and the next-day clothes we told them not to touch) and saying there was "sh*t everywhere," including "trash."... read more

Communication was thorough and responsive in the lead up, pick up and delivery were as scheduled, And – most importantly — Our movers (Sunny and Osage) were experienced, friendly, careful, super strong, and thorough. They helped dismantle and reassemble furniture, and place items where they belong. We couldn’t have been happier! Highly recommended!
