I unfortunately had a less than ideal experience with T.S.M Moving Company. The three movers assigned to my job clearly had a long-standing friendship. While I understand that working with friends can make the job more enjoyable, when customers are paying by the hour, the priority should be efficiency and getting the job done in a timely manner. Had a great experience recently moving my parents. The crew was on time, friendly, and they worked quite quickly while using care. We were appreciative that they accommodated a requests to move a heavy washer and dryer from the basement to the garage to facilitate them being picked up for recycling.

I was fairly happy with the move. Everyone was polite and kind. The negatives were the movers mentioning that they prefer "cash tips" before they had even begun moving, and then almost breaking the leg of my large wooden hutch. It was a difficult place to try and move it but I would have preferred if they not try to force the unit down the stairs. The positives outway the negatives for sure but having my furniture's leg almost broken off and discussing how they'd prefer to receive their tip were the negatives for me. The off... read more
