Very disappointing experience. The movers arrived late and then spent nearly an hour unable to move a basic sofa, until my landlord showed them how. The delays significantly increased my bill and caused food and medication spoilage. Despite being a small move, it took far longer than expected. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I’ve used them 3 times now and would use them again.
Overall, the move went well, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Ron and the crew who helped. Everyone was friendly, hardworking, and treated my belongings with care. That said, there was some disorganization when it came to scheduling and timing, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. If it wasn’t for Ron stepping up and taking charge, I’m honestly not sure where we would have been. Hired these guys for the 3rd time and for the 3rd time they were helpful, fast, and not a mark to be found on anything. They make moving about as stress free as this sort of thing can be. Hopefully won't be moving again anytime soon, but if/when I do, hiring these guys is a no brainer.
Below is our first experience. A 1 star review for our move in 2026, different guys this time. Moved into a place with freshly painted walls, not so fresh after these guys. They left dirty hand prints all over our walls and scraped the new painted walls, not sure why they didn't use blankets to wrap corners. Our landlords are unhappy and of course we will be charged for the damage. We requested a bit of discount and were told to get a cloth and wash the walls down.
