The worst moving company ever!!!! They charged $2000.00 more than the estimate. My speakers and other furniture were damaged. They drove away with my elliptical still on the truck!!!!! I called them and tried to make a deal they keep the elliptical and they take $300.00 of my bill. They very rude we got into a disagreement in the end I had drive 3 hr round trip to pick it up and it was sitting outside in the rain. Crew showed up when they said they would, worked extremely hard, quickly and safely on both days. Very friendly and polite and awesome people. Customer service and dispatch were awesome too. Highly recommend.
We had Mike and Lee for our move on Saturday, they were absolutely amazing. We have a baby and they were both friendly with her and got all of our belongings to our new house which is a hour away safely. The only reason I give 3 stars, is because of the booking process. I confirmed the accurate amount of belongings we had, they booked 2 guys and 1 truck. We definitely could have used another guy, and another truck. On time, friendly, efficient and great communication during the 2 day move. Would definitely use again. Jordan and Connor were great to work with during a very stressful busy time.
