I've been going to Two Roads for the past 3-ish years, and every experience has been wonderful. The lobby environment is very relaxing, and the staff are seriously some of the sweetest people I've ever met. I always felt both seen and heard by everyone, from the providers to the receptionists, which is something I can't say about a vast majority of other appointments I've been to over the years. Wow didn't even make it two the first appointment I had missed my first scheduling and had a fee of 100$ for canceling absurd amount and 20$ more then they told me it would be but that wasn't the issue I leave to get my card come back tell the blond big lady in glasses settings at the left side of the front desk Thursday aug 14th at 2:30 I don't have it she rolls her eyes and let's out a sigh not much i go to see if I can make the payment tonight per request and as im doing it what she had done registers im there for therapy... read more

I had my last therapy appointment here in 2019, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a therapist. She was unhelpful, said almost nothing during the session, and came across as rude. After that, I decided not to return. I went to my final appointment, paid with a check, and moved on. Now, six years later, I received a bill from a debt collector claiming I never paid.
