Two Roads offers so many services, customized to your mental and physical health needs. They specialize in helping you become your best in all aspects of your life.
Been twice so far. They seem like they care about keeping up on new developments and researching before they just give you a definite answer. Medicine is hard and brain medicine is even more difficult so you want someone who knows they don’t know everything.
I enjoyed the LCSW and NP I was seeing and the staff in general are friendly, however only about 1/4 of my appointments were billed correctly. Double paid multiple copays on top of some other billing mishaps. Seems like a lack of communication with staff and their billing department.
As an incoming potentially new client haven't never been to this establishment I had to cancel my initial appointment do to a scheduling conflict and was told I had to pay an 80 dollars cancelation fee however I was never told that if canceling an appointment outside of the 24hrs would result in a fee i never signed any documents indicating I agree to these terms so I'm not understanding why this would even be a conversation for a potentially new client therefore it's an opportunity lost for this establishment. *****update**... read more
