Teller was really rude and dismissive when I needed help. I’m a customer and they couldn’t find my account so they just gave up and didn’t really try.
Iliana was the most dismissive and unfriendly person I have ever encountered anywhere in Blair. I have found Blair to be a place with excellent service and friendly people since moving here in April. I went to deposit my rent into the account of the landowner. No one has to smile but to actually Grimace when helping someone is awful bad face to be presented to customers.

Not going to dig hard on Two Rivers Bank in Blair Nebraska as they are nice and have been good to deal with. . Who ever takes care of their internet problems just as well be from Mars. Sad! Going to start doing transfers through Capital One.
