I have never had as many issues with a bank as I have yours. You've ran bills through 2x, and yet when I call, there's a whole process of fixing your own mistake. It cost me on other items I needed to pay, but, do to your initial mistake, they got returned due to insufficient funds. The only reason I stay with this bank is because of the way I get treated when I go inside. Over 5 years with no issues, and you change over your program and now alot of people are upset with them.
Two Rivers Bank & Trust offer a great online banking tool that makes things so much more convenient and easy for me. I appreciate it!
