It is a Community Bank at it's best. You can not beet the service.
I’ve been banking with Two River since September. The employees are amazingly accommodating. Thank you, Shirley, for the excellent customer service and for always being so friendly - even though I’m a pain in the neck!
Staff is friendly and they have a free coin counter. ATM is glitchy, and while the people there are nice, they haven't the foggiest clue what they are doing. One day the manager was 30 minutes late to open the doors.
Tried to open an account here today. Possibly the worst experience ever!! They literally had 4 people working in the branch and none of them knew how to open the new account!! The customer service rep who “helped” me was asking me about what the interest rate was on the account I wanted to open. These folks need to get into the 21st century!!
