Filed a claim and what has taken 24-48 hrs from the time it was submitted has been crickets even after I sent an email for follow-up to the move manager Erick. Yes or no on a claim submitted for a broken tv is now going on week two. The movers were ok. The guys were great, on time and very polite.
First of all, this is a lousy company. Do lousy work. They have a 4.7 review rating on Google maps. But if they weren’t trying to silence, everyone. The reviews would look more like. One star. Like their yelp reviews. These pictures show them trying to silence me through private messages. And I don’t know what they mean they’re gonna do something about the harassment.
