Great attention to detail - professionalism, and efficient with time. Kept the job within the 4 hour minimum (1 bedroom apartment to storage facility), and I had great peace of mind throughout the process!
These people don’t care about your stuff or your move. They don’t communicate with each other well and don’t know what they’re doing. So much damage done to our belongings and the person “managing” over the phone does nothing for you when you try to express concern over the experience. They will make you jump through hoops to get any resolution. Our mattress was dragged down the stairs after not being wrapped thoroughly even though I paid extra for that per their suggestion. Finally home! Our movers came this morning and got right to work. I was impressed with how professional these two young men were. They were exceptionally hard-working. They were smart in how they approached packing and staging items. They asked all the right questions. And they got the job done quickly. Excellent service…on time…communicative. The two guys who took care of us did a great job and were very friendly.
Two men and a truck to great care of us on our move. The service was excellent. The gentleman that was sent to help were kind efficient, and took great care of our furniture. I will absolute use them again in the future and highly recommend them to help with your moving needs.
