Terrible experience with the Princeton location and will never use this company again. The owner couldn’t care less about customer service. Truck was supposed to arrive between 8:30 and 9:30 am. I get a call that morning that the move is delayed because someone called out. I was then told a truck broke down. I was assured the truck would be there by 1 pm. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I hired this company - Two Men and a Truck Moving for a Business move. Initially, I was genuinely excited to work with them, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely Frustrating and disappointing. At the last moment, their crew refused to take several of my items, despite prior discussions and agreements.
