Never returned a phone call!
Overall positive experience after a rough start. A series of unfortunate events lead to my original move day being cancelled but was re-scheduled for the following day. They stayed in communication about the unfortunate delays trying to keep the original scheduled date so I wasn't left wondering. Move happened the next day quickly and efficiently, while my move was "small" it was heavy, with the largest piece being a piano. They moved everything without issue or damage. Shim and his crew were great to work with. They were punctual, respectful and professional. The whole move went smoothly and quickly.
The Tri Cities location is wonderful. The men were professional, on time and quick. No scratches, dings or accidents. I would absolutely recommend them and use them in the future.
