Zero stars. We had an absolutely horrible experience. I will be telling every single person i know to NEVER EVER use two men and a truck. No communication the entire time, not even any confirmation emails to confirm our payments went through or that our movers were even coming. I had to call multiple times to sort it out and each time the people i talked to were rude and short, like they wanted me off the phone as fast as possible. Note: There's no way to leave a review on their website. They control this and list only good reviews. Are they even real? They promised real movers but they were not--they were just truck drivers with a hand truck. That does not qualify them to be movers. I had skilled movers load the truck in CT, beautifully packed with heavier boxes on bottom, furniture protected, etc. They each got a $50 tip. These guys were not skilled enough to even properly unload and stack boxes in the house. They paid no attention to weight of boxes... read more
Two Men & a Truck crew: Robert, Tevin, and Sincere (I know I've spelt that incorrectly and I'm sorry) were super friendly, respectful and efficient. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to move.
Professional crew. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Only issue was some oddly packed items. An example: a large mirror and a small TV were shoved into a box that also contained heavy power tools. Mirror now has a small crack but the TV seems ok. Thought these were lost until we found the one random box tucked in the corner of my daughter's closet that she didn't mention to us for over a week.
We had two men load our rental house and unload at our new house in one day. They worked very hard all day in the scorching heat and did a great job. They made sure to take care of our furniture and belongings and did not damage any walls or door frames. They communicated clearly with us and made sure each item was placed in the desired location.
