Calls these guys first! Huge props to Tyree and Aaron for helping my move. Probably not the most complicated, but they treated it as the most important move of their careers. I felt respected and they were professional.Couldn't have asked for more. Not to mention the best price in town. Support your local business and hire these guys!
Worst experience ever! We booked 2weeks in advance and paid a deposit! They called and confirmed our move several times. Told they would send 4 movers, showed up with 2 guys, looked around and said it's too big n left! We had already closed escrow and were under contract to be out that afternoon! Had to find an emergency appointment with another company! Please don't ever use this company! Absolutely horrible customer service, very rude on the phone
Worst Co. EVER! I booked them over 2 weeks ago for 4 movers with a deposit & several confirmations. They showed up the day of the move, & the Movers were just sitting in their truck. I went out to see what the prob was. They said their Boss made a mistake & accidentally only sent 2 Movers & the job is too big so they're waiting for their Boss to tell them what to do. Contacted them 2.5 months before my move and reserved a date. I sent them video of my home interior for a quote which they lost. I had to send it again. I call my CSR 1.5 months before the move, she no longer worked there. I contacted a new CSR and had to give her all my information again. I just contacted them one month before the move and they couldn't find me in their system. They later found me but on the wrong date. No organization whatsoever
