These guys moved me on Monday 8/18 and left a nice 8-foot long gouge in the stairway wall. They didn't report this to me when it happened - I noticed it 30-40 minutes after they carried my bed down and pointed it out to them. This is when he took pictures and reported it. He also told me "they'll take care of you." I emailed the office the pics and a video and she stated she sent my concerns to "management" and they would be in touch. The movers were very gracious my move was extraordinary, they worked hard and remained patient and pleasant.
James Nelson & Javone Rivers were the best part of my move. These two young men are the hardest workers I have ever seen, not only did they show my items care, they were respectable and responsible throughout the whole process.
