Had an unfortunate experience and called to report but never received a call back from management. I used them for a pack and move 1 month ago. I had already packed half of the things in my apartment and didn’t have a lot (even what the three workers said) however they took 4 hours between the three of them to pack the rest of the things, and then I missed both of my elevator reservations for my old and new buildings.
