Keith, Micah and Franklin helped me move yesterday, and they were absolutely awesome! They were kind and reassuring, they were really careful with my stuff and understanding about the chaos surrounding my move. They really made my life so much easier which was especially great as a recently divorced single mom. They busted their butts the whole day and got the job done. I really appreciated them and their work, thanks so much!
Mover dropped the fridge on himself and had to be rushed to the er. Fridge was broken. I Had to take his place in the move. Because of this I refused to pay until my fridge was replaced. They denied the accident ever happened, ghosted my calls and never replaced my fridge.
My experience with Two Men and a Truck was phenomenal! From getting everything booked with Shannon to getting everything moved with Keith, Nathan and Michael, I couldn't have asked for an easier time or better crew. Operations Manager Mike was also excellent as he checked in leading up to the move and stopped by the morning of to ensure everything was going smoothly.
