Awful. Do not use. The move team was negligent with my furniture which resulted in a broken cabinet and two couches with holes in them. They lost the hinge to my fridge door so I couldn’t use my fridge. They refused full reimbursement and I had to fight for what little money they did give back. I used Two Men and a Truck for junk removal twice and had a great experience. Using them to move is Chef's Kiss! Brandon was a great team lead managing Brooke and Sam. Shout out to Brooke my Sister worker. They were professional friendly and very thoughtful. It took longer than expected but I had a lot of stuff. They were careful with my items and I appreciated the communication throughout the process. I [promised to make a review because good service nowadays is hard to find. They work hard and I pray that when you use this... read more

Friendly, but overall not happy with service. Damaged floors in both houses, even after asking them not to drag furniture on hardwood. Damaged furniture, which they did take a picture of and contact me about. But they expect you to jump through a bunch of hoops likely hoping you just go away. All four guys were very nice, just not the most motivated workers; they were taking so long I ended up moved all my gym equipment to their truck myself. I also got charged for items that were quoted that I moved myself; I was told they ... read more

I paid Two Men and a Truck $3,100 to move my studio apartment in boxes to the West Coast, and they completely botched the job. This location is run by a belligerent and lazy man named Andrew O’Melia, who scheduled me for a “crate move,” where a third-party shipping company picks up your items from their warehouse. I mistakenly trusted his office to handle this. They waited until the last minute to send me the additional paperwork required to move my belongings beyond Baltimore. I missed Andrew’s email and never heard from hi... read more
