A moving company that cares, it's not just a slogan it is part of their culture. The office manager was accessible, empathic, and helpful. The team for the packing and move were so polite, the best manners. Very good choice.
I have never written a review for a company until now. BEWARE. My move was scheduled for 9am on a Friday and they called AT 9am to CANCEL the move. They said all of their trucks were out on jobs and said I could reschedule for the following Monday. No apology, no offer for a discount until I asked for one. The amount of time, preparation, rearrangement of work schedules, SCHEDULING A LEASE END DATE, and cost involved in getting a move completed on time is stressful on its own. Do not use this company.

Terrible is the best description of their “service”. Forgetting the cost (which is unforgettable) the movers are unskilled, untrained folks who will damage your possessions, damage your home and leave without completing the job. Take a look at the pictures. They damaged a desk, jammed it through a door opening which incredibly was not as wide as the desk.
