REALLY POOR EXPERIENCE. First time using Two Mean & a Truck Moving. The two men had zero experience moving furniture. It was a THREE RING CIRCUS! All we asked them to do was swap the king mattress & box spring with a king mattress & adjustable base in a second bedroom. They weren't strong enough to move the furniture and weren't careful enough nor did they think things through ahead of time. They gouged three walls. Poor experience. All we wanted was two king beds swapped. The two men, Tyler & partner had no experience nor any training in how to move furniture. They crammed two king mattresses ,two box springs & an adjustable frame all into one bedroom. Really? what poor planning was that? no wonder they gouged three walls, and shredded an expensive Ashley side board of the bed frame. They had no tools, and no knowledge of how to use them. I hired Two Men and a Truck for a move that needed to be done very quickly. They were able to get me on their schedule when I needed, and the service they provided was excellent. Originally they were scheduled to arrive at 8 AM. They had staffing issue, but they called and let me know what the situation was and found a reasonable alternative. Eric and Cory did an amazing job moving my mom's things. They were courteous, professional, and on time. Katie was also a great help planning our move.
My family when it was my husband and I or my husband and I and our two kids, we have always moved ourselves. Now as retired folks, we just can't do it physically, so we sought three bids. Since we had a recommendation from our agent, we were offered a discount which was well worth it.
