If you are reading this you just saved yourself a headache. Go with any other mover other than Two Men and a Truck Plymouth. The first day they were slow as could be and despite this I had many pieces of furniture damaged. I will need to buy a new king bed frame (won't stop squeaking and actually collapsed when I was sleeping on it the first night) and they also damaged my kids playhouse and my bedroom dresser to the point that I will need to buy new ones. Save yourself the headache. Although the movers were very kind the company is completely unorganized and not professional. They scratched my walls, wrecked my bed frame and put a deep scratch in my flooring. They created a damage report and sent in the paperwork but a month went by and I never heard from them. I had to reach out to them and they made me take pictures again and submit a new claim for the flooring. You’re doing the best with what you got I respect it.
We had an amazing experience with Two Men and a Truck! The scheduling experience was so easy. Lauren was so wonderful and friendly. Dylan and John were our movers. They were friendly, polite, efficient and so helpful. Very respectful of our items. We knew they had another job at the end of our afternoon move, but not until we asked. They never rushed us. Absolutely recommend them, and this company!
Amazing experience! The entire process is easy and I would recommend this company to anyone that needed to move.
