Save yourself the headache. Although the movers were very kind the company is completely unorganized and not professional. They scratched my walls, wrecked my bed frame and put a deep scratch in my flooring. They created a damage report and sent in the paperwork but a month went by and I never heard from them. I had to reach out to them and they made me take pictures again and submit a new claim for the flooring. You’re doing the best with what you got I respect it.
We had an amazing experience with Two Men and a Truck! The scheduling experience was so easy. Lauren was so wonderful and friendly. Dylan and John were our movers. They were friendly, polite, efficient and so helpful. Very respectful of our items. We knew they had another job at the end of our afternoon move, but not until we asked. They never rushed us. Absolutely recommend them, and this company!
Amazing experience! The entire process is easy and I would recommend this company to anyone that needed to move.
I not only had to pay for a truck from FDL because they do not have anyone to work at the Plymouth location (moved from Waldo to Plymouth) BUT then they put together our beds when I had specifically told them no to because I did not want to pay for that. And then did not carry all my stuff up the steps and left in the garage. Also left garage door wide open I had to ask someone to go close it.
