I had such a positive experience with booking and planning for my move with Riley. In an unexpected turn of events, I ended up not needing their services and had to cancel my appointment prior to my scheduled moving date. The experience with this company was nothing short of traumatic. Many, many months after the move, we’re still taking inventory of damage to generational family and heirloom furniture. Damage too detailed to account for here…damage beyond meaningful restoration… the sort of damage that hurts to look at when the property’s history is remembered.
