Google needs to add an option for zero stars because that is what these guys deserve. Extremely disappointed with the packing service provided by Two Men and a Truck. What was supposed to be a stress-reducing experience turned into a frustrating and chaotic ordeal. Only two packers showed up when we were promised four. Hired them to move my belongings to my new home. They damaged my floors badly and damaged a furniture piece. The driver indicated they would reimburse me for the furniture piece or reimburse me the cost. So we left the furniture piece behind. The owner indicated they would repair the furniture but would not move it without me incurring more expense. I tried to discuss with her but she was very rude and condescending. This business performed very poorly in a number of different ways: 1. When we asked the movers to take off the legs of a couch to avoid damage, the lead mover berated us for telling them their job. 2. Then, when they proceeded to move the couch without taking the legs off, they broke off one of the legs, and lied about whether they had taken the legs off. 3. Charged for 3 men and a truck, only provided 2 men for move. No correction in paid amount even after multiple followups over calls ans emails. Had to raise a credit card dispute to get any attention.
