I have moved multiple times regionally and across the country; this service was the worst I have used so far. They broke several pieces of furniture, did not listen to what we asked to move (and were trying to take out actual garbage into the truck), damaged the apartment complex we were moving into, and were disparaging of other moving companies in the area which was very unprofessional. Expect to get GHOSTED you when you follow up on an expected reimbursement and damage to furniture. Also shady business practices. I first used them in September to move my belongings to temporary storage. I was told if I chose to rent the furniture covers, that I would be reimbursed if I used them for the next move. I used them again when I moved a couple months later in November. Never got the reimbursement. This second time, my couch was damaged and a damage report was filled out. My move went very smoothly and the guys were great. Very professional, respectful and FAST! I've moved several times over the years and this was one of the the BEST experiences. The team of movers was very prompt, friendly and respectful, and offered suggestions re how our items might be stored efficiently. They were professional and considerate, ensuring our items were moved safely without damage. Their cost was reasonable compared to other estimates. We've hired Two Men and a Truck 3 times now, and each team has exceeded our expectations and made potentially difficult moves easy. We would hire them again without question for future moves.
