My experience was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! The boys took their time packing up the boxes in the truck and played around so that the time could be increased in order for me to be charged more for the service. 90% of the boxes were already packed by me including suitcases so they didn't have much to pack. A job that should have taken 5 hours (packing up from one location and taking the boxes off the truck at another location took 7 hours instead of 5). I would not recommend. Of the 3 movers, 2 seemed very good. The third didn't seem to pay as much attention, and banged into things. When I phoned about the damage several times I was told that the Company would take care of it. It has been 2 months now, and I haven't heard from them. I am going to go ahead and pay to get the repairs done. The movers left a furniture pad in my back yard. I phoned several times to ask them to come remove it, but they never did. The young men with very respectful they were on time they moved fast. I would recommend them to anyone. They didn’t waste time doing what they had to do and I would recommend them again. I will use them again if I need to.

MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS TOO LONG FOR ***********AND EVEN ON HERE! THAT'S HOW BAD THIS WAS! Find my original review on ******* this is the condensed version! I would give this entire moving experience zero stars if possible. The short version of all of this; we paid $2,000 to move a 1375 square foot apartment, one story, no stairs. Two Men and a Truck is without a doubt the best moving company. From the coordinator to the drivers & moving teams, their professionalism, attention to detail and courteous way they act & respond to us, the customer, was wonderful. I'm surprised by some of these negative reviews because I've used them a number of times and always had a positive experience. The 4 gentleman that handled by recent move were courteous, efficient and handled my things with care. I guess I got the A Team?!

On October 6 2021. We had a pickup and store of our furniture until October 8 closing. When drivers delivered our furniture we noticed alot of damages done to our furniture ie: gouges, deep scratches and one bed totally destroyed. So we filed complaint with two men and a truck of what we seen that day and later that week after unpacking. We did not hear back from them,so I went to office the following week after not being able to get thru to right people the secretary was always leaving him a message. I will start by saying that we ended up bringing four truck and trailer loads to the new house before the movers even came(these items were accounted for in our walk through quote). We did this because our neighbors had just moved with Two Men and a Truck four days prior and said that they drastically underestimated what needed to be moved. Our neighbors also let us know that they over charged them for time not used so we were extremely diligent while calculating the time they left and lunch/breaks taken. We had a terrible move with this company this past weekend--zero stars. We used Two Men and A Truck last year for a move and they did a great job. This was the exact OPPOSITE. They were completely unprepared to do the job that they claimed that they could accomplish. They did not live up to their corporate standards. They were not able to move all of our things with two trucks (like last year) even though we had less furniture. They did not have any boxes or tape to pack.
