Derrick and Crew were great! They took care of our stuff, were efficient in getting stuff on and off the truck, and were light hearted and easy to get along with.
Great experience. Made moving out of a condo building easy for me. They wrapped all furniture and were careful with my things and the common areas of the building. Quick and efficient
Didn't show up on moving day that was booked with their office 13 days prior. Move was on a Sunday so office closed. Had cell number for GM. Called and texted multiple times with no response. On the day after the move, the GM told me that he always immediately responds to texts but that he never got one from me, even though I texted and called the number he had called me from previously.
