Extremely unprofessional and stressful experience. The movers who arrived were completely unprepared because the person who booked the move failed to communicate the full scope of the job, including appliance transportation. As a result, our belongings were damaged, and there was damage to both our old home and our new home. On Christmas Eve, I was harassed with nonstop calls demanding payment, as if I had no intention of paying, while the move itself was still ongoing and problematic.
