Absolutely wonderful experience with Two Men and a Truck from start to finish. Highly recommend! Three polite men, very careful wrapping of all my items (including a piano), and overall the most positive moving day I've ever had. They unloaded at my new house both quickly and enthusiastically. Can't say enough good things about today's experience!
I paid a LOT of money to move very few items to a location that was only 10 minutes away from my old house, so I expected exceptional service. The team was over 2 hours late to arrive to my house because their office booked another move before mine, even though my booking was first (booked before anyone booked on that day), so this other booking caused the movers to arrive over 2 hours late and customer service was very condescending when I called to find out where the movers were.
