The three-man team sent to help us pack our belongs into Pods were fantastic! They were professional, very hard working and easy to get along with. They arrived on time and stayed until we were done. No complaints at all for them. They were great! Thank you Two Men and a Truck for hiring such great people! This is maybe the 5th time we've used your services and every time they've been awesome!
The guys were very careful and did a great job moving my furniture without damaging anything. On the other hand, the main office customer service is nonexistent. Red clay mud was tracked through the house, and as soon as I mentioned this to the main office, they ghosted me after telling me they would look into it and call me back. They had initially called me, pushing for a review, until I told them I was having to bring carpet cleaners to clean up the mud. Once they heard that, it was crickets.
I had an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck! Normally I get a friend to help me move when it’s time but I recently had an injury and knew I’d need more help so I reached out to this company. When I called, I spoke with a very pleasant customer service rep who helped me schedule the movers and gave an accurate idea of what to expect as far as costs and time. Hunter Edwards made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The movers, Jeremy Cooper and Eric Miller, arrived right on time and handled everything with care, wrapping items properly and ensuring nothing was damaged. Even working through a storm, they stayed efficient and positive. Excellent service all around—highly recommend this company for any moving needs.
