The experience was very smooth. They movers were excellent. They were very personable. You could tell they enjoyed what they did and they really cared about the customer.
We requested 5 hours of time and got 2.5 . They movers refused to move anything that wasn't on the "list". The truck was not even half full . They kept saying we have another job to get to, they said this like 12 times. They left the site we were moving from without notifying anyone.
We had this company out to help us move offices, the whole time the movers kept saying they had another job to get to so they didnt move several items we had asked so my husband and I eneded up moving most of the items ourself anyway. They couldn't get one screw of of a desk so they didnt move it, my husband and I didnt have a hard time taking the same desk apart. Don't waste your money, if your crew is scheduled for another job they will hurry through your move and not complete the job.

Tanner and his team were absolutely the BEST. Professional, courteous, and kind. They knew what I needed done before I did.
