Everything started off great, They got to my house around 9:15. They did a walk through and told me right away we would need a second trip. Which I was fine with. They zoomed through loading the truck had the whole truck filled in 2.5 hours, I was incredibly impressed. Then they took there lunch which they were gone for an hour. Which again was fine no one told me though you are charged for the travel time of there lunch. So 15min to where they went and 15min drive back. The movers themselves were fantastic - efficient and professional. However, when we got our bill we were charged an almost extra full hour. It was only then explained that billing starts when the movers leave the office and only stops when they return. We weren't notified when the movers left the office or returned to the office, so we're stuck taking the company at their word that this took roughly an hour ($200+ more on our bill). I had a great experience with this moving company. The team was kind, courteous, professional, and very efficient throughout the entire move. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and took the time to ask questions whenever they were unsure about where something should go rather than making assumptions. Everything was handled with care, and they made what can be a stressful day feel much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers!
Horrible place they quoted 1600 for a very small move every other company quoted 6 to 700 then we told them no then they tried to bargain with us scam company
