Did not have a pleasant experience.
For the most part, an ok move. The crew showed up on time and worked quickly. The issue was the sofabed in the basement. It was on the work order to be moved that day, but the lead said he'd have to return with stronger movers to do it (a 2nd visit). We were to hear from him on Monday. We didn't. Then it was a demand to remove the basement railing (the sofabed was delivered without removal) Then we were blamed for the lack of action because we refused the removal, which we didn't. Do not use this company. Stay away! Our move took place last September, and they have completely stopped communicating with us regarding a major claim. Their crew severely damaged our high-quality dining room table and a tall bedroom dresser—both of which were only three years old. Additionally, they lost a box containing the two largest pieces of a five-piece artwork set, rendering the entire set useless. This was our first time using Two Men and a Truck and I was blown away by their professionalism, hard work, kindness, and thoughtfulness! Throughout the process we worked with Carol, Melissa, Shakira, Damian, Johnathan, Xavier, and Dennis and they were all incredible! I can't say enough great things about them –we had a big move during a warm spring day and they did absolutely everything from start to finish. I don't know how we would have accomplished this without them. Thank you so much team, you were amazing!
The staff here should unionize and demand better compensation for their laborious rigour. One of the only trades severely underpaid. They all deserve so much better.
