Ask for help with a move from one apartment, to another; same complex just different building. Starting cost over $1300 with costs up to $1800. FOR A MOVE FROM ONE BUILDING TO THE ONE NEXT TO IT. And the reason was “you’re on the third floor”. The prices are delusional. No wonder I never see their truck anywhere… stay away.
They did an excellent job! Sorry if I wrote the names wrong, but Blackshear, Mercedes, and their coworker (I'm sorry, lost your name) were excellent. I've moved many times and they were exceptional.
Do NOT use this office for moving! First off, the entire thing is a total ripoff. I had movers for maybe 3 hours, but because of having to pay for the gas AND the time from their facility to my place and back to the facility, this was an extra $305. Give me a break! Get a UHaul or Budget truck and hire movers through U-Haul for much less. Second, the main guy that moved our stuff was given a key. I’ll what an amazing company, and what a blessing to have such an awesome crew assist today! Ronel, Steve, Vitto and Waleed were courteous, professional, quick, timely and literally saved us today with all of their assistance and advice. They packed everything up, including a priceless grandfather clock, with care and made sure it was secured thru out the entire two hour journey to our new home.
