They forgot a tv stand and damaged another item. I could have rented a U-Haul and hired 2 men for the same price. They are not professionals.
Used service for a long term move out of FL. Would happily use again. Admin team (David) was responsive, communicative and professional. Movers (Val, Max, Q) were professional, quick, good natured, and handled all items with care. No concerns with this team!
My guys were quick as hell. I moved from Orlando to Tampa and I was running a little late and by the time I got here all my stuff was taken care of. Even the stuff I didn’t ask for they took, price stayed the same. So that helped with the apartment move out. 10/10 recommend.
Michael and Elijah were fantastic. Extremely efficient and careful. They didn’t damage anything at all and wrapped everything before taking it down and into the truck. I was really pleasantly surprised that the blankets they use are quilted and not like U-Haul blankets that gather so much dust. So I was expecting it to be a bit dirty and it wasn’t at all.
