I live out of state and hired this company based on online reviews. I called and was quoted a 2-hour minimum at $199. They even discussed ways my son could minimize the chance of going over the 2 hours by having most of his stuff down at the curb, etc. I made it clear that they needed to call my (19 y/o) son on the day of the move, since he's the one moving and I'm in Texas. I was overcharged to have two movers (one who could be professional, one who appeared to be brand new) drop my furniture, break my bed frame, and manage to soak my couch by dropping it on the sidewalk and leaving it there. I had to direct one of the movers on what to grab every single time he came inside. I watched and waited as they sat outside and talked down on my apartment while smoking.
