Moving team was great, office was not — moving team is the only reason I’m giving them any stars at all. The office TEXTED instead of called me 15 minutes before my move was to start to say they were rescheduling me (causing me to miss a funeral). Did not explain that valuation was insurance so charged me $200 for something I have never used before and would never have asked for. Not communicative. The movers were awesome loading and unloading at our new home! There were 2 trucks and 4 movers that moved us from Arkansas to Iowa. They were courteous, attentive to detail, and extremely careful moving everything. We would highly recommend 2 Men and a Truck!
Great experience love the 2 young guys that help move us. Hannah in the office was great as well
Jobe and Lamar did an excellent job for us. It seemed like they were going at a dead run the whole time. Faster service means a better price for me. They moved us from Rogers Ar to Fort Smith Ar and they beat us to Fort Smith. I was very impressed with their work. Nothing broken or cracked. My wife has a lot of little fragile figurines.
